Résume

Kirchhoff's formula computes the resistance of an electric network in terms of resistance of its individual elements. The elegant formula (found in the mid-XIXth century) came as an instance of Cramer's rule for finding inverse matrices. Current in an electric network can be thought of as a 1-form on a tropical curve, but there is also a different way of passing to the tropical limit for a 1-parametric family of Riemann surfaces with holomorphic forms, yielding a competing notion of a tropical 1-form.
