Résume

Moduli spaces of stable r-spin curves give rise to various natural cohomology classes on the moduli space of stable curves.  An r-spin structure defines a representation $\bz_r\to\bz_r$ at any marked point on a curve, known as Ramond when the representation is trivial.  In this talk I will describe how to use a gas of Ramond points to produce a deformation of the intersection numbers of the r-spin cohomology classes.  This can be applied to volumes of the moduli space of super Riemann surfaces.
