| Résume | Right-angled Artin groups are an interpolation between free groups and free-abelian groups in which only some of the generators commute. These natural groups show up in various contexts, and unlike the extremes they lie between, their geometry displays a mixture of rigidity and flexibility. In this talk, I will discuss ongoing joint work with Shaked Bader and Oussama Bensaid towards understanding when one right-angled Artin group can be quasi-isometrically embedded in another. |
