| Résume | Thirty-four years ago, David Vogan predicted that Arthur packets for p-adic groups should admit a microlocal characterisation arising from the study of equivariant perverse sheaves on a variety of certain Langlands parameters. After making this claim precise, this talk will explain the proof, soon to be announced in joint work with Alexander Hazeltine, Baiying Liu, Chi-Heng Lo, Mishty Ray and Bin Xu, also using forthcoming work with Jörg Schürmann. |
