| Résume | Let E be an elliptic curve over Q. A theorem of Waldspurger asserts that the L-function of some quadratic twist of E is nonzero at the center. I will fornulate a conjectural mod p analog of this theorem and explain some related results that are obtained by studying the p-adic properties of the Shimura correspondence. (For those who were at the AAG meeting in El Escorial, this will be a souped up version of my talk there. |
