| Résume | Period domains over finite fields are Zariski-open subsets of flag varieties defined by a semi-stability condition. They were introduced and discussed by M. Rapoport in his paper ``Period domains over finite and local fields''. In this talk I want to discuss their relationship to Deligne-Lusztig varieties and their fundamental groups. |
