Attached to the pro-$p$-radical of an Iwahori subgroup, we have a Hecke algebra, called pro-$p$-Iwahori Hecke algebra. We give a classification of modulo $p$ irreducible representations of this algebra in terms of supersingular representations. The result is very similar to the group case. The main tool to study is the structure theory of the algebra developed by Vignéras.
