| Résume | I will illustrate in a simple example the relation between the distributional obstructions to the growth of the ergodic integral in a parabolic flow and the eigendistributions of the hyperbolic dynamics that renormalizes the flow. Such a relation is expected to hold in greater generality whereby providing a new approach to the study of parabolic flows. |
