In this talk we recall some properties of a general class ofDirichlet series so called the Selberg Class. In this context, we extendthe Weil positivity Criterion for the Riemann Hypothesis in terms of thepositivity of a certain sequence which can be easily computed byGuinand-Weil's explicit formulas. Some open problems will be given atthe end of the talk
