Titre Topological Applications of Integral TQFT

RésumeWe will discus some applications of the TQFT defined over a cyclotomic ring of integers that we have been studying with Gregor Masbaum. These include a lower bound for the Heegaard genus of a 3-manifold in terms of the ideal generated by the quantum invariants of all links in that 3-manifold. I will also discuss obstructions to embedding and periodic actions.
