| Description | Le séminaire des thésards est l'occasion pour les doctorants de présenter des résultats et des problématiques dignes d'intérêt devant un public de non-spécialistes. L'ambiance y est informelle ; poser des questions naïves est encouragé, et les questions moins naïves sont bienvenues dans la mesure où elles n'entravent pas le bon déroulement de l'exposé. Un jeudi sur deux à 18h00, en alternance entre Jussieu et Sophie Germain. |

| Résume | First, we are going to describe the classical techniques used in the study of linear and nonlinear Schrödinger equations. Then we will look at a new nonlinear Schrödinger equation which features two logarithmic nonlinearities. We will describe the behavior of gaussian solutions, which are particular solutions of our equation. We will then present the long-time behavior and briefly talk about the global existence of weak solutions to our equation. We will conclude with some numerical simulations in order to illustrate our convergences. During this talk, I will focus on the link between Schrödinger equations and the compressible quantum fluid mechanics theory. |
