Séminaires : Séminaire des Thésards

Le séminaire des thésards est l'occasion pour les doctorants de présenter des résultats et des problématiques dignes d'intérêt devant un public de non-spécialistes. L'ambiance y est informelle ; poser des questions naïves est encouragé, et les questions moins naïves sont bienvenues dans la mesure où elles n'entravent pas le bon déroulement de l'exposé.

By the Beauville-Bogomolov decomposition theorem, hyper-Kaehler manifolds form building blocks of compact Kaehler manifolds whose canonical bundle is numerically trivial. By fundamental works of Matsushita, Hwang, Voisin and many others, the study of Lagrangian families is important to understand properties of hyper-Kaehler manifolds. In this presentation, after recalling some basic notions in complex geometry and algebraic geometry, I will present basic properties and examples of hyper-Kahler manifolds, with an emphasis on their algebraic cycles which are Lagrangian. If time permits, I would also present our recent works on Abel-Jacobi maps of Lagrangian families.
